Rotating flash visualisation of the world

I need a rotating map of the globe which has a set of patterns overlaid on it representing areas/regions of interest. The areas need to be shaded and coloured depending on the information I need to visualise.

This flash must run from a Web server and get it's visualisation data from the Web server. The first file it gets is an XML definition of the areas to be shaded, described in degrees of lat and long. The second file is streamed and contains realtime changes to the shading and colours of each region.

The map of the globe needs to rotate in real time together with the shaded regions. Some controls will be useful to stop, slow or reverse rotation, or to zoom into an area.

The map of the globe must be of very high quiaity, be correct in it's dimensions. The overlay shapes must map correctly to points of lat and long on the globe. The presentation must be excellent, with a small space for branding.

A Apache web server configuration which can provide a download of the flash application, the config file and the streaming data (and the scripts required to stream the real time data) must be provided. The realtime data will be read for a log file which is being written to by another process.

If you are intersted in this you must demonstrate to me that you have done similar work (examples please) and that you understand mapping and coordinate systems for maps and charts.
