Seeking Part Time Creative Manager / Web Graphic Designer

You must have solid experience developing websites and be able to oversee creative and conceptual aspects of the process. You will serve as the Creative manager and Manage Front-End Development so a strong design background is essential as is experience with Flash, Photoshop, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, ActionScript. We do already have backend programmers that you would work with.
Hoping to see drop-dead portfolio of logos, ads and interactive designs. Very strong focus on web design and flash most of all. I need someone who thinks beyond just creating something beautiful, i need it to convert and ATTRACT VISITORS TO TAKE ACTION on a website!!
Primary duties include, building landing pages, slicing, redoing web sites from scratch, creating banners for marketing and so on. Must have good experience in matching colors and creating a website style. Any marketing skills will really really help out a lot.
I do NOT need PROJECT MANAGERS INVOLVED, I work with designers directly only! I am a project manager my self.
Required skills are:
Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, dreamweaver and other graphic design tools.
DSL connection or high speed internet is a requirement...
As for ourselves, we are a marketing / interactive based firm offering business solutions to small and mid range business. We have plenty of projects and work but seeking talented people who can work with us part time when we need them. Someone who is always online and has a pretty flexiable schedule. More then anything this person must love what they do.
I will only be talking with people who provide many samples or URL's!! i am not seeking students who just beginning.
