Web Site Build

I am looking for a creative modern web designer to put together about 8 pages of content for my event security company site. We provide security for high profile events and retail.

We have logo done and are looking for clean, sharp modern site.

Definately want flash on opening page.

General company website ie about us, info, testimonials, contacts etc

Need to be able to be updated easily and add photos etc

Want a forum included - this can be copied direct from another security site along with all terms etc

I have a few sites I like with rough idea of how I would like it to look.

Also would need SEO - for initial launch, perhaps on going basis ?
