Build a simple work order management program on Intuit Partner Platform (IPP)
- Synchronize customers, vendors, items, and employees with QuickBooks using Intuit Data Services as part of IPP
- Create Work Order and assign to employee or vendor subcontractor, the worker.
- Add items to work order
- Use Google Calendar for scheduling. Show google calendar within application as a mash-up. Utilize Google API. No direct calendar coding necessary just sync to google calendar.
- One-click to email work order to worker. Any changes to work order get resent to worker.
- Worker completes actual time spent and items used, then invoices the work order
- Invoice automatically emailed to customer.
- Sync back to QuickBooks: Invoices, Subcontractor Bills, Employee time sheets, new or changed customers, and new or changed vendors/subcontractors
Complete spec and screen mockups will be sent to finalists.
Must have documented experience with Adobe Flex or Adobe Flash Builder.
Desired experience in IPP and QuickBooks interface (IDS).
