Eye Popping "Loading, Please Wait" Flash Animation

I need a slick loading animation - maybe a clock of some sort - it will only show for about 3 seconds while an image is loading.

I don't want any cheezy 3d - I'd like something sharp, with defined lines and sharp edges.

The space for the animation is 300 x 300. Can it be exported to an animated gif? If so, maybe a little smaller in size.

I'm looking for someone with talent!
