Flash buttons

I have basically designed a basic web layout and design for my client but my weakness is flash. need to colloborate with a web designer who's good in flash to create simple flash button (the design of the button is already there). I just need the designer to add certain things to the button...like make it shake or roll around or twinkle or shine or maybe, I dunno, tremble a little.
