Flash Maths Game with MYSQL integration

We are looking for someone to provide a high quality (visually and in playability) flash game for a series of simple maths problems. Specifically I am talking addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and simple algebra. Also would like to add other 'brain testing' games such as how many colored objects on a page (I can explain in more details to winner). The games will be quite simple, but I am really looking for a skillful artist to provide a 'host person' which can explain and introduce the games and congratulate the player etc... The maths for the games would need to be derived from a script which could create random problems based on the parameters for the game (numbers 0-9, +-*/) etc... The game would need to connect to a mysql database which would record user details and a history of their scores and output stats for gameplay (highest scores etc...) We have a logo for the site already and can probably do the site design ourselves as it will be quite simple. We are looking for someone 100% competent with the above brief, they must be able to show some experience with flash games, please include some links in your PMs or bids.
