flash programming

Looking for a flash programmer to edit my current programs

One is a basic player, one is a recorder.

I'm looking to add in a file upload , edit the recorder.

Right now its using a [url removed, login to view] file

Things to do

1) add in the gui to the recorder

2) add a gui to viewer, make a flash viewer (already done) just needs editing

Looking to pay $100 for the gui implementation and organization of old flash files.

Then we can continue onto next stage of adding file upload.
