Simple Slide Show Modification- URGENT

I need a slideshow to be modified (I have the .fla). The slideshow displays images using xml file and was developed in Flash CS3. When we go to next image its showing a blank screen and then after a few seconds the image is being displayed. I need this blank screen to be removed and immediate show the next image.

My budget is not more than $30 for this simple job.

Fastest delivery will be preferred.

Attention: I need this to be done within next couple of hours. As I have already mentioned that this is an "URGENT" job.
