Streaming Flash Video

I have a DVD on my server from which I need two portions or clips converted to streaming Flash video and incorporated into each into a file that has a television object in it with play and stop buttons.
I will provided the file with the television object. I am looking for the video conversion and incorporation into the file.
There will be two files created from this first file, one for each clip converted.

its a simple work. But you need to give the details of the video clip length. Flash is not suitable for heavy video(flash video) files. In this case, you can see other options like quicktime.
