Two simple flash task - repost

Task 1 - I have a flash banner that contains a looping flv. I need to be able to click on the banner which points to a url which must be passed on to the swf externally via the flash vars.
Task 2 - I have an existing image slide show, where I need to change the stage resolution to something else, but the images must rescale properly.
Need someone quickly with who can turn around quickly. Thanks!
