ello, I’m Sandeep Kumar, an Architect & Interior Designer with 18+ years of experience in residential, hospitality, commercial and large-scale development projects. I can develop a complete architectural layout for your 70' × 115' restaurant, carefully integrating it with the adjacent 1.5-acre marriage lawn. I’ll plan two clearly separated entrances—a public entrance from the 70-ft road frontage and a dedicated lawn/service entrance along the 115-ft edge. The layout will include the main dining hall, private dining pockets, reception/waiting, hand-wash, guest toilets, commercial kitchen, cold/dry storage, dishwashing, staff facilities and an efficient service corridor connecting directly to the lawn. I will provide scaled plans with accurate dimensions, furniture layouts, circulation, MEP/service shafts and kitchen workflow, along with an exterior façade/massing concept. Deliverables will include editable DWG/CAD and print-ready PDF drawings, with optional 3D views in SketchUp/Revit/Enscape. My focus will be on practical functionality, smooth FOH/BOH separation, event-day food movement and compliance with applicable local restaurant planning requirements.
