Employee manager

This application is an in-house product for the client, as in it is only for the client & his employees. Its not for regular downloads off the play store or iOS store. If the client prefers to share it with others for similar usage, admin panel/application should have such an option to add in multiple owners. This application has the following objectives: 1. Adding a new business or worksite. 2. Adding employees working for the business. 3. Adding multiple businesses or worksites. 4. Attendance management on daily basis, with options for a full day employment(8-10 hours) or one and half a day employment(12-15 hours of employment) 5. Payroll management 6. Okcredit sorta funds transferring features. Select the person from the contact list and send them the money. 7. Invoice and quotation creation 8. Two user account types a. one for the admin, the business owner. Creates profile, verifies mobile number, adds new business, add employees, marks their attendance, makes and receives the payment, creates quotes and invoice which can either be emailed or sent to a person from the contact list. b. for the employees. The employee can only create his profile and verify his mobile number. He shall be able to see the transactions and the attendance only. Rest of the features are for the application owner. Components: • Login • Verification through OTP • Profile creation for both business owner and employees. In many cases the owner might add in the employees name and create a profile for them, both should have the feature to create profile for employees(owner and the employee). • Multiple worksites and assigning employees per worksite. Migration of employees from one work site to the other also should be available. • Transaction history: Salaries paid, advance paid and other dues • Attendance history and marking of attendance. • Location tag of the employee to notice where he is currently operating from. • Easy payment gateway for funds receiving and transfer(similar to OKCREDIT) • Payroll management on daily, weekly, monthly basis • Two user account types, business owner and employees • Admin panel to add a new business owner if any.
