I am looking for a freelancer to develop an Employee Payroll System in Flutter for desktop.
Features Needed:
- Employee profiles and salary information (with management of salary hike, generally yearly)
- Payroll calculations (I've 3 different categories for employee salary, i.e., Daily basis, Work basis and Monthly basis
- After these categories, each category have different sub-categories that needs to be managed as well (example, some do 10 hours shift with extra pay, some do less with less pay)
- After calculation of the payroll, the data needs to be tracked with ease, like filtering records, viewing them in details, etc.
- You have to create a table kind of thing for in one screen(page) for every employee containing the record of it's payroll, if it is daily basis category, it should show daily pay, and rest same way.
- After clicking on the table, the particular details page will open containing employee details (categories, sub-categories payroll etc.) and there should be functionality to print these details in a well-structured pdf for every payroll
Database:
- I'll choose NoSQL, preferably MongoDB, but if you know more better than this, I'm open to it. (Creating APIs for the same as well)
Design Preferences:
- I have some design ideas but need help refining them
System Integration:
- No, it will be standalone
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Flutter and Dart programming language
- Experience in developing desktop applications
- Knowledge of payroll systems
