I’d build Step 1 first with a clean Flutter chat UI, controlled knowledge source, and a simple Python/API layer so the later scraping and integrations can plug into the same structure. I’d keep the first POC small and testable, then add web data collection and communication workflows without rebuilding the foundation. For scraping, I’d also separate collection from processing so changes to a source website don’t break the rest of the app. Should the first POC use a specific LLM provider and knowledge-base format, or would you like me to recommend the simplest setup?
