Full-Stack Flutter Developer Needed

For a MVP I'm looking for an experienced Flutter developer to build both a mobile and web app. The app will include social interaction features, primarily focused on photo and video sharing. I will need a Flutter specialist to render all AI scan functions and validations, because for HEALTHTECH functions we would already have several REACT-based APIs available to connect to MVP modules. Must be familiar with regulations in Brazil as with Health. Key Requirements: - Develop a seamless photo and video sharing feature. - Implement user accounts and authentication. - Ensure smooth performance on both mobile and web platforms. - Design a user-friendly and engaging interface.
