I have developed a new ready-to-eat main course and need clear, objective feedback focused entirely on its taste. Your task is to sample the dish and record detailed tasting notes covering flavour balance, seasoning, after-taste and overall enjoyment. Aroma, mouthfeel and any unexpected nuances that influence the perceived flavour should be mentioned where relevant, but visual presentation or ingredient sourcing are outside this brief. Deliverables • One concise report (max 2 pages) summarising your sensory findings • At least three actionable suggestions to refine or enhance the flavour profile The notes must be written in everyday language so my culinary team can quickly iterate.
