Formatting a fiction book for Paperback printing

We are a small new publishing house. We were looking for a freelancer who could format two fiction books for paperback printing. One is about 200 pages (5 inches x 7 inches), and the other is about 30 pages (4 inches x 6 inches). I want these to be print ready for handover to printer.
