Framer Designer Needed for Real Estate Landing Page

@sabaehsan

Greetings, I see you're looking for a Framer designer to create a modern one-page website for your new Australian real estate business. The goal is to showcase residential property sales, property management, and provide a seamless experience with forms for inquiries. My approach would involve designing a sleek and contemporary layout that aligns with your color scheme of navy, gold, cream, and white, ensuring it’s both aesthetically pleasing and functional. With experience in Framer, I can create smooth scrolling effects and a responsive design that looks great on all devices. I understand the importance of fast loading times and SEO, so those elements will be prioritized in the build. After delivering the project, I'll ensure the site is easy for you to edit, and I'm ready for the two rounds of revisions to make sure it meets your vision. Best regards, Saba Ehsan

Having worked in the Front-End Web Development industry for over 8 years, I have honed my skills in implementing modern designs using Framer and other Adobe tools (Illustrator, Photoshop). My expertise doesn't restrict just to designing but extends to WordPress and HTML development, which will be vital for this website. With a meticulous approach, I'll create a premium, contemporary, fast-loading, and an SEO-friendly website suiting your real-estate brand identity perfectly. Lastly, as a full-stack developer who has deployed many successful applications in the past using React.js and Node.js (the backend part) while also managing excellent frontend interfaces I am confident that my skills and dedication are perfect for this project. So let me assure you that by choosing me you are taking a step towards not just building a one-page website but towards driving engagement and growth for your real estate business. Thanks again for considering my profile and I'm looking forward to hearing from you soon!

@sgrocean37

Hello, I recently delivered two projects in Framer, and this is something I can handle for you. I will keep the design clean, premium, and tailored to the Australian real estate market rather than making it look like a generic AI-generated page or template. The layout, content structure, sections, forms, and overall experience will be built around your brand and audience. I will also make sure the content and on-page structure are SEO-focused from the start, along with responsive performance, smooth scrolling, subtle parallax, and easy editing in Framer. I can share the two recent Framer projects and provide a fixed price and timeline based on the final content and requirements. Let's connect and discuss the layout Regards, Sagar

@laxaar

Hello, I hope you're doing well. I work with Framer, responsive layouts, form setup, and SEO-focused page structure for polished business websites. For a comparable property landing page, I’d use Framer CMS-ready sections, restrained parallax, and enquiry forms that remain easy to edit after handover. I’d begin with the navy, gold, cream, and white direction, then refine mobile spacing, performance, and form behaviour across breakpoints. Two revision rounds are fine. Could we have a short chat to confirm the appraisal form fields and content structure before the Framer build begins? Thank you, Jasjot

Hi! I have **10 years of web development experience** and can create a premium, one-page real estate website in **Framer**, using your navy, gold, cream, and white colour palette. I’d design clear sections for property sales, management, partnerships, and your business, with prominent appraisal and contact forms. @ssquare489

For this Australian real estate landing page, I’d use Framer to keep the one-page experience premium, fast, and easy to edit after handover, while making the appraisal and contact forms feel like a natural part of the page. My two priorities would be user experience and maintainability. I’d build the navy/gold/cream/white visual system with responsive sections for residential sales, property management, Partner With Us, About, and enquiries, then add smooth scrolling and subtle parallax without hurting performance. Forms would be configured for reliable lead capture, and the page structure would stay simple to update without developer help. I can handle the full Framer build, including desktop/tablet/mobile responsiveness, SEO basics, image optimisation, form setup, two revision rounds, and delivery of the editable project. A relevant example is Drona AI, where I built a Framer-based responsive product site with a clean, modern interface and strong visual hierarchy.
