Multilingual Transcriptionist & Voice Data Contributor Kurdish | Pashto | Quechua | Fulah Remote | Freelance / Independent Contractor | Flexible Hours Record Your Voice. Transcribe Conversations. Choose Your Hours. Agents Only is looking for Kurdish, Pashto, Quechua, and Fulah speakers to participate in remote voice and language data projects. As a contributor, you’ll help collect high-quality language data by recording natural speech, participating in conversations, transcribing audio, and reviewing language content. Your contributions may support linguistic research, language preservation, and the development of language technologies. Languages Currently in Scope We are currently prioritizing speakers of: •Kurdish •Pashto •Quechua •Fulah Fluency in at least one of the languages above is required. What You’ll Do Voice Recording •Participate in natural or scripted conversations with another contributor. •Complete solo voice-recording prompts when assigned. •Record clear, natural speech using a smartphone, headset, or computer microphone. •Follow project guidelines to ensure recordings meet quality standards. •Complete assigned recording sessions within project timelines. •Apply feedback and re-record content when revisions are requested. Transcription & Review •Accurately transcribe recorded conversations and audio. •Keep transcripts faithful to the original recording. •Identify speaker changes and follow required timestamp and formatting guidelines. •Review your work for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. •Apply project-specific transcription and annotation standards. Quality & Project Process •Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. •Follow project workflows and quality assurance procedures. •Flag unclear recordings, language-related questions, or technical issues to the project team. •Handle project information professionally and maintain confidentiality. What You Need •Fluency and comfortable conversational ability in Kurdish, Pashto, Quechua, or Fulah. •Basic reading and writing ability in your selected language for transcription tasks. •Basic English reading comprehension to understand project instructions. •Reliable internet connection. •A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a working microphone. •A quiet environment suitable for recording. •Strong attention to detail. •Willingness to complete required consent and participation documentation. Nice to Have •Previous freelance, remote, or project-based work experience. •Experience with audio recording or transcription. •Previous experience in linguistic data collection, annotation, or language-related projects. •Ability to contribute in more than one supported language. Compensation Compensation for this project is currently set at $20 USD per hour. Actual earnings may vary depending on task availability, completed hours, productivity, and quality performance.
