FIFA 23 STUCK ON MY PC

I'm having an issue where FIFA 23 won't start on my PC. I've installed the latest update, so it should be running properly. My current PC is a desktop, so that shouldn't be an issue either. I need someone to take a look at this and figure out why the game won't start. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It has been working fine since install Nov 2022.
