Build a Full-Stack NGO Job Board Platform I am looking for an experienced full-stack developer to build a production-ready job board platform for NGOs and the social sector. The platform will be called NGO Hiring and will help nonprofits, NGOs, and development organizations publish opportunities such as: Jobs Internships Fellowships Scholarships Grants Events The website must be modern, fast, SEO optimized, and scalable. The platform will be hosted on Hostinger, so the application must be fully deployable on a Hostinger server (Node.js environment). Tech Stack Requirements Frontend [login to view URL] 14 (App Router) React TypeScript Tailwind CSS Backend [login to view URL] API routes / server actions Database PostgreSQL ORM Prisma Authentication NextAuth or Clerk Hosting Hostinger (Node.js compatible deployment) User Roles The platform must support the following roles: Visitor Job Seeker Organization / Employer Admin Opportunity Types Create separate modules for: Jobs Internships Fellowships Scholarships Grants Events Each type must include: its own database schema its own submission form its own listing page its own detail page Platform Features Homepage with search and featured opportunities Opportunity listing pages with filters Opportunity detail pages Submission forms for organizations Admin approval workflow Employer dashboard Admin dashboard Blog system Newsletter signup Saved opportunities / bookmarks Listing Pages Create SEO-friendly pages: /jobs /internships /fellowships /scholarships /grants /events Detail pages: /jobs/[slug] /internships/[slug] /fellowships/[slug] /scholarships/[slug] /grants/[slug] /events/[slug] Filters System Users should be able to filter opportunities by: sector country location type organization type deadline tags Admin Dashboard Admin panel must include: Approve opportunities Edit opportunities Delete opportunities Feature opportunities Manage users Manage organizations Blog editor similar to WordPress Employer Dashboard Organizations must be able to: Submit opportunities Edit listings Delete listings View listing status View applicants SEO Requirements The platform must include: SEO-friendly URLs Meta titles and descriptions Structured data including: Google JobPosting schema Event schema EducationalOpportunity schema UI Design Clean modern UI similar to: Devex Idealist LinkedIn Jobs Must be fully responsive for mobile, tablet, and desktop. Deliverables Complete working codebase [login to view URL] project Prisma schema Database migrations Admin dashboard Employer dashboard Seed data for testing Deployment instructions for Hostinger Deployment The final project must run with: npm install npm run dev And must be deployable on Hostinger Node.js hosting.
