We have a detailed 22-item project breakdown ready to share with shortlisted candidates. The core system needs to handle user authentication, client profiles, appointment scheduling, shift check-in/out, case notes, incident reporting, and basic budget utilization tracking. Key Requirements: Architecture: Robust backend with solid row-level data isolation (security baseline is critical as we handle sensitive client data).
