Generate label via formular and export to extern shipment-agent-site

Purpose of this job is to make the customer able to generate a returlabel for returning a package. This they now will do by themselfs instead of me. I imagine this formular being on my site like [login to view URL] and then the information is send to the GLS-site which is the shipment-agent where labels are generated. There is a video which shows this login which will be given upon request, after you confirm you understand this job. Information: Go to: [login to view URL] (Danish) [login to view URL] (english) 1: Login (credentials will be given) 2: Pick Return parcel 3: In settings pick "Fjernstyret Nørresundby" From here we need the formular on an external page which the customer will populate with their own contact-info, address etc. in "Consignor information of return parcels": All fields besides "Consignee ID" & "Phone" needs to be avaiable for the customer to input. All those in the formular at GLS with "*" however needs to be filled. And we will also require that e-mail is also filled. Also required is "reference no" which for us will be: "order ID" The mail they enter is also the one we will send the label for print to. After its generated it will be mailed to them via the GLS-system. Notes: I need commented clear code so if GLS make a change, then its easy to fix for a new programmer (if you are not here at that time).
