[login to view URL] is a fast-growing international start-up company with focus on educational technologies. Our platform offers a wide range of tools for e-learning all gathered at one place. Think “Office” for e-learning. We are starting our business development in the US but are planning on expanding worldwide shortly after.
Skills/Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or any degree with minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in manual and automation testing
* Proven work experience in software quality assurance
* Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
* Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
* Strong knowledge of current quality engineering and test automation tools and processes, including JUnit, Jenkins, Selenium/Webdriver, Jmeter, Rest API, Postman, Jest, mocha, etc
* Good knowledge of database technologiesStrong knowledge of Linux and Microsoft Windows
* Keen eye for details and a commitment to excellence
* Great team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
* Strong commitment to best practices in SQE and software development, including modern Continuous Integration (CI) processes and automating everything vision.
* Experience writing automation frameworks from scratch
* Unit/regression testing frameworks like - Junit/Selenium, Jest, mocha
* Load/Performance testing - Jmeter
Responsibilities:
* Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely feedback
* Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test casesPrioritize and plan testing activities
* Play the role of test engineer: Design, develop, and execute automated tests
* Identify and report issues found, then verify that issues are resolved
* Perform unit and regression testing. Analyze bugs and errors found during tests
* Document results of tests for the software development team
* Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance
* Works together with the software developer to enhance and improve programs
