Fusion360 Design for Carousel Handling Letters and Small Shipments

We are looking for a skilled freelancer who specializes in Fusion360 to design a carousel system for handling letters and small shipments in conjunction with a robotic arm. The primary objective is to create a functional design that can rotate and present various items to the robotic arm for further processing. The following details outline the specific requirements for this project:
1. Software: The entire design must be created using Fusion360. No other software is allowed for the design process.
2. Handling Mechanism: The carousel should incorporate the handling of a single item by a clamp mechanism that targets all shipments at 12cm from the bottom and 8cm from the outside of the carousel. The handling surface of the clamp measures approximately 2cm by 2cm. Robotic arm is already in place and only carousel design is needed.
3. Rotation and Size Compatibility: The carousel must be able to rotate letters and shipments of various sizes. The acceptable size ranges are as follows:
- Height: 14cm to 38cm
- Width: 10cm to 29cm
- Thickness: 0.07mm to 40mm
4. Item Separation: The carousel should have the capability to hold multiple items separately before presenting a single item to the robotic arm for processing. This feature ensures efficient handling of shipments.
5. 3D Printing: The entire design, including the carousel and associated parts, must be suitable for 3D printing. Please ensure the design is optimized for this manufacturing method.
6. Non-3D Printed Components: Any components that cannot be 3D printed, such as motors, laser sensors, switches, or other necessary items, should be identified and referenced for procurement on platforms like AliExpress or other relevant websites.
7. Functionality and Sensor Integration: The design should be fully functional. While not mandatory, the inclusion of sensors to detect the presence of shipments is highly desirable. If no sensor is implemented, a button can be incorporated for the robotic arm to indicate its readiness for the next item.
8. Workload and Scope: The carousel is expected to handle approximately 200 shipments per day, primarily in A5 format letters. It should be capable of accommodating items weighing up to 1 kilogram.
9. Budget: We understand that budget constraints exist for this project. Please keep this in mind while designing and suggest cost-effective solutions wherever possible.
