Need 14 week soccer team fitness program for U16+ teams who train 2x/week with games on weekend. Want to inform coaches what games to play with their players on which nights for what duration and at what intensity.

The goal is for their team to reach peak fitness at towards the end of the season.

Need to discuss the following: aerobic vs anaerobic training, recovery, recovery methods, overload principle, importance of a season plan for fitness gains/training calendar
