GTA5 Mod: Luxury Cars Mansions

I want a single, easy-to-install mod that adds two things to Grand Theft Auto V: • A hand-picked lineup of true luxury cars—think current-generation super-sedans and premium SUVs with full‐quality interiors, working dials, custom sounds, proper LODs, and native GTA V lighting. • Several modern beachside mansions situated along Vespucci, Chumash, or any other coastline lots that make sense in-game. Each home needs a functioning garage big enough for at least six vehicles, detailed interiors that stay in sync with the day–night cycle, and correct nav-meshes so pedestrians and AI behave naturally. Please package everything as an .OIV or similarly straightforward installer, include a concise read-me, and verify that the mod plays nicely with the current Rockstar Launcher build, ScriptHookV, and popular trainers. Acceptance is simple: no texture pop-in, no crash on load, cars spawn through the vehicle menu without missing parts, and every mansion door, light switch, and save point works first try.
