Hi, i will use google cloud platform’s serverless architecture to ensure scalability using firebase for real time database, authentication, and cloud functions, while dialogflow cx will be used to develop the ai powered virtual customer representative capable of handling nlp interactions across web and social media platforms. this chatbot will be integrated with meta’s business api to manage instagram and facebook dms and comments. for the ai sales assistant and voice ai customer assistant, i will use vertex ai for building and training custom models, and integrate with twilio for voice call management, including smart call flows, multilingual branching, and audio playback features. call data will be transcribed using google speech to text api and stored in firestore. load estimation and solar recommendation logic will be implemented using cloud functions with dynamic formulae, and templated responses will be sent via whatsapp using third party messaging apis. the crm/erp module will be custom built using react for frontend and firestore as backend, integrating modules for sales tracking, customer profiling, quote management, and multilingual support with future i18n capabilities. Do you have an existing GCP project or will this be built from scratch? Do you require custom ML models via Vertex AI or will Dialogflow CX be sufficient?
