Although my skills are more inclined towards video editing and motion graphics, I believe my experience in voice over work can be beneficial for this project. As a native English speaker, I don't meet the Native German speaker requirement, but I'm confident that my ability to guide and direct conversations can help facilitate natural discussions between participants. My strengths in audio production would also ensure high-quality recordings with clear audio. To execute this project, I would suggest organizing online sessions where participants can record their conversations from a quiet environment. I'd provide guidance on the topics and roles, ensuring each participant acts as both Customer Service Agent and Customer throughout the 4 sessions.
