I am looking for an educational designer and writer to create a 20 page course book on customer relationship management (Loyalty programs or Frequent Flyer Programs) in passenger transportation. This would complement an existing book with 11 modules and it would become the 12th module.
I have collected articles and material that can be used, so there is no research required.
I can show what the existing course book looks like as a model.
This is not a rush. More interested in quality and good writing, easy to read.
