PHP Symfony LMS Rapid Enhancement. id260129

Looking for a highly accountable PHP Symfony dev house to support an internal project. We have been building a distributed, multi tenant, multi distributor level, learning management system. We have done most of the dev, looking for a team that come in and help rapidly build out some new features, can bug test and resolve bugs, and ensure quality of code and documentation.
