lo puedo desarrollar en unity, pero tengo algunas preguntas quieres que el juego use transports? o que sea por sockets? si es por lo segundo debes saber que webgl no acepta como tal sockets si no websockets y estos deben ser habilitados en tu servidor, lo otro es yo tengo que programar el servidor? sera un servidor en app o sera un servidor en vue/laravel/web? si yo lo tengo que hacer elevo mas el costo que estos 500 euros, si quieres solo la app que funcione en webgl y que esta tenga el envio de datos por transport o por websockets lo puedo hacer por 500 euros, si quieres que programe todo servidor cliente te saldria mas caro.
