Hood Builder Role Overview We are seeking a results-oriented Ads Manager to launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns that generate high-intent commercial leads — primarily restaurant owners, facility managers, and construction decision-makers — for services including hood installation, HVAC systems, fire suppression, and restaurant build-outs. This is a performance-focused, ongoing role with clear KPIs tied to lead quality and ROI.
