We focus on delivering safe, compliant, and high-quality mechanical solutions that improve air quality, safety, and operational efficiency. Hood Builder Role Overview We are seeking a results-oriented Ads Manager to launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns that generate high-intent commercial leads — primarily restaurant owners, facility managers, and construction decision-makers — for services including hood installation, HVAC systems, fire suppression, and restaurant build-outs. This is a performance-focused, ongoing role with clear KPIs tied to lead quality and ROI. Responsibilities Build and manage paid search and paid social campaigns (Google Ads high priority, Meta Ads, LinkedIn a plus) Develop strategy for targeting commercial kitchen decision-makers (restaurants, hotels, food-service facilities) Craft and test funnels that maximize qualified inquiries (contact form fills, quote requests, calls) Set up conversion tracking tied to CRM lead outcomes Optimize campaigns based on quality metrics (lead intent, CPL, pipeline impact) Deliver weekly performance reporting with actionable insights What Success Looks Like Steady flow of qualified B2B leads for core services (hood systems, HVAC, fire suppression, remodels) Decreasing cost per qualified lead over time Clear tracking from ad click to CRM lead and pipeline outcome Ideal Experience Proven track record with commercial / industrial / B2B service lead generation (not just ecommerce) Strong Google Search Ads expertise Experience with Meta Ads for professional services Familiarity with lead funnels, conversion tracking, and CRM integration Data-driven and optimization-focused Not a Fit Entry-level media buyers E-commerce–only backgrounds without B2B lead focus Agencies that perform work through opaque outsourcing To Apply Please include: Case examples of similar B2B lead generation work Platforms you specialize in and why Your approach to targeting commercial kitchen/restaurant decision-makers Expected monthly management fee or hourly rate Bonus Experience with CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) Experience in construction services or HVAC/industrial markets We’re building an ads program that delivers actual qualified commercial leads — not just traffic.
