I am looking for a reliable Hiring Manager / Recruiter from India to help me onboard female users for my random chat app "CatKats" (available on Play Store). Job Responsibilities: Contact and recruit Indian females (18+) who are interested in a simple daily task. Share the job details with them (provided script/message). Guide them through the onboarding steps: Install CatKats app Create female profile with female DP and username Send username for tracking Use the app 3-4 hours daily and chat only with male users (normal or adult chat - their choice) Promote the app to other users on different platforms Collect their usernames and Telegram IDs. Report daily/weekly usernames to me. Coordinate with me on Telegram for tracking and payments. Payment for You (the Hiring Manager): ₹100 Amazon Coupon Code per week (paid every week).
