We’re a growing marketing agency looking for a detail-oriented Paid Ads Technical QA & Insights Specialist (not an agency) to support our Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts. This is a part-time role with the potential to grow into a long-term, full-time position for the right person. This is not a creative or strategy role. You will not be writing ad copy, designing creatives, or communicating with clients. We already have a writer, designer, and reporting team in place. Your role is to set up, QA, monitor, and analyze the technical side of paid ads, ensuring campaigns run correctly, tracking is accurate, and performance signals are clearly surfaced for internal decision-making.
