We are seeking an experienced Google Display Ads specialist to create and manage image-based advertising campaigns with the goal of: 1. Suppressing outdated or irrelevant images/articles that appear in Google search results for 4 personal names. 2. Promoting 1 company brand globally for increased visibility, awareness, and positive reputation. 3. Running company advertising campaigns to enhance brand exposure and reach target audiences across multiple regions. This is not a product sales campaign — the primary objective is visibility, reputation management, and brand promotion using the Google Display Network. --- Scope of Work Set up and run Responsive Display Ads using images, headlines, and descriptions we provide (with refinements if required). Target searches for the personal names and the company brand. Run company-focused ad campaigns to build global recognition and drive interest in the brand. Optimize all ad images for indexing in Google Images (including correct file names, alt text, metadata, and optional schema recommendations). Geo-target globally or focus on priority countries as instructed. Manage a daily ad spend of $5–$10 USD. Monitor ad performance and adjust targeting, creatives, and budget allocation to achieve the best visibility. Provide monthly performance reports showing impressions, clicks, CTR, and progress in image indexing. --- Requirements Proven experience managing Google Display Network (GDN) campaigns. Knowledge of Google Images indexing and optimization for ad creatives. Experience in personal brand and company brand advertising or reputation management (preferred). Ability to work with small daily budgets while maximizing reach. Fluent in English and responsive to communication. --- Budget Please quote your monthly management fee or hourly rate. Ad spend will be paid separately by us. --- This will be an ongoing project for the right freelancer, with the possibility of expanding into social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and basic content promotion if initial results are successful.
