We are a rather small local window business. We basically created a simple website for the business, but we also reached out for the technical expertise we needed for the final touches that went beyond our knowledge. What we were looking for was keywords and other similar promotion techniques. What we got...was a total incompetent! I'm not willing to fork over another $2500 for site development, because I honestly feel 85% the site is the way I want it. I just need an honest and competent person fix the mess I was left with.
