Review Adwords + weekly review for 8 weeks

Job Description:

I run an acupuncture & Chinese Medicine clinic in Brisbane. I have used adwords in the past with good success and have not required advertising for some years; but the past 2 years have put a huge dent in our business. I have just redeployed some adwords ads but they are performing badly.

The Project:

I would like either -

- a review of our current ads

and/or

- to develop new ads

In either case, I would like a weekly review for 8 weeks to track performance and to implement ideas. If you have a more efficient strategy - come at me!

I am open to re-engaging your services after the initial 8 week period as required.

I have some experience in managing the adwords in the past so would appreciate explanations of the changes so that I'm better informed. Ideally, I'd like to find someone who I can reliably call upon for this sort of work so I can get on with running the clinic.

Our clinic sees all manner or health issues with a focus on Women's health. Things we commonly see:

Period pain, heavy periods, back pain, neck pain, knee pain, fertility issues, IVF support, ovulation issues, headaches, migraines, digestive issues, chronic diseases and more.

Brisbane is laden with acupuncture clinics and we have been one of the busiest clinics in Brisbane for many years. The past couple of years have been brutal so I am hoping to reclaim our position!

I am open to suggestions in terms of how to implement adwords so we get a steroidal hit of new patients.

For ongoing work, I am also open to using other techniques such as improving our SEO and link building. Lets start with Adwords.
