Hi there El MVP va a salir bien si el QR abre el catálogo correcto, el pago se confirma de forma segura, y todo queda registrado en Firestore sin inconsistencias. Los tropiezos típicos aquí son reglas de Firestore demasiado abiertas, funciones sin idempotencia que duplican cobros, enlaces QR expuestos sin validación, estados de pago desincronizados, y webhooks no verificados. Primero armo la base en Firebase Console, Firestore con modelo multi comercio, Auth y Hosting, luego creo Functions para la pasarela con verificación de firma y registro de transacciones, y dejo un panel simple con escucha en tiempo real. Qué pasarela de pagos usarán en su país, Mercado Pago, Stripe u otra? El QR debe ser por mesa y comercio, o solo por comercio con mesa opcional? Ya he montado MVPs con Firebase Functions, pagos por API, y paneles en tiempo real cuidando seguridad desde el inicio.
