I want you to design and build a website for my small business in PHP or WordPress.
Payment will be made after the work is finished.
Please don't ask any money in advance.
We want to offer Bike, Car rent services online.
It will be a multiseller website, where sellers will create their Account and offer their vehicles for rent.
Customer will select the vehicle, it's condition on website and will book online.
There will be seller panel, Customer panel, admin panel.
Customers or sellers will get any type of support from Admin.
All the features available in Customer or seller panel can anytime be blocked, unblocked, suspended by admin.
In any case of dispute, final decision will be made by admin only.
Admin and seller should have the option to refund any transaction.
There will be Google map, Payment gateway in the website.
Customer and seller will get a confirmation message and email and pdf on email after every billing or transaction with transaction details.
If Customer has any problem with any transaction or booking, they can raise complaint. If seller has any problem with any bookings or Customer, they can raise Complaint, as soon as any user will raise any Complaint, a ticket number will be generated and will be sent to admin, buyer and seller every party.
As soon as admin or Customer care will take any action on that ticket, concerned party will get its latest status with time and date. Any tickets will be resolved within 24 Hours.
Seller will have to upload a live video of his vehicles while listing.
With every listings, it's feedback and ratings will be visible.
Rating will be posted between 1-5 stars. And suppose one user gives 5 Star rating and 4 users give 3-5-2 star ratings then our system should calculate the ratings on the basis of all users till present.
Any feedback or rating can be deleted by only Customer or admin, not by seller.
Once customer books any vehicle, makes the Payment, ends the booking from his app, a feedback button should appear on the app but without booking any vehicle or finishing it after certain time, feedback option should not appear.
Source code should be our property.
You will have to design it's beautiful logo and banners and integrate it in the website.
