Code that calculates Distance From Multiple locations

I need a code for a site that calculates Distance From Multiple locations while considering time buffers entered by the user.

So, the user will put in their schedule for the day. The location and Time. They will also check off what times they are available. So, say I say am available at 2 and 3 pm, and at 1 pm at location A then around 4:30 PM I need to be to my next location C for this example since I have a gap in time. A client search for someone who is close to location B. The site code will see how far a user Location A/ of whatever location the closet user is. So, if there is a user 10 mins away. They pop up in descending order on who's in the closet. Now if that closer user has the next appointment after. How close to their next appointment? Will they make their next appointment on time? The user puts in their buffer window. Say it for 45 mins. So, if Location B is 20 mins away at 2 pm and there is a 45 min buffer time the user will still make their 4 pm so that user profile will pop up.

I think a feature like that works with google Maps API and the site user schedule and buffer times to give an accurate result.
