Google Maps Developer Needed

We need a developer to work with us on a simple Google Maps project. We are making some maps similar to the below:

We will provide all data and Lat/Long for the locations. We need basic functions like custom markers and clustering and search.
We need someone who is on Google Talk / Skype and we will direct work from there.
Must have experience and portfolio of Google Maps work. India/Pakistan based would be ideal as the end client is based there also.
