NB Calculation and supply of reciprocal times and distances also required, i.e. time and distance from A to B and B to A (as these can often be different).

Note: The driving time should be taken at midday.
It appears the number of data points in the matrix will be: 2 x ((1803 x 1803)-1803) = 6,498,012
Google or similar does not offer a feasible solution to produce a matrix this size.
Please supply evidence of successfully producing similar work. NB work should be of similar scale. Please supply outline method and pricing.
If successful, you will be supplied with a sample dataset (approx 100 sites) for completion and assessment.
