On the accuracy standard, because that is what you are actually buying: 100 percent does not come from being careful. It comes from verification. I capture each slip twice, independently, then compare the two passes cell by cell. Anywhere they disagree gets pulled out and checked against the original by eye. Typing once carefully still produces errors you will never notice. Two passes that agree is evidence. Second check, specific to sales slips: every row carries its own arithmetic - quantity times unit price, plus tax, equals total. I reconcile every line against that. Any row where the maths does not hold is either my transcription error or an error on the original slip, and both are worth knowing. That catches mistakes no amount of proofreading finds. The ambiguity note you asked for: a structured log, one line per flagged cell, with the invoice number and a cropped image of the exact figure, so you adjudicate in seconds rather than hunting paper. Send me photos of five slips and I'll return those rows in Excel today, free. That's a better answer than a portfolio, because you'd be looking at your own paperwork rather than someone else's project. My rate is the lowest here and the reason is simple: I'm new on this platform and a real review is worth more to me than the money right now. How I'd do it: every slip gets entered field by field, date, invoice number, customer, item, quantity, unit price, tax and total, into one flat sheet with a row per line item and no merged cells, so filtering and reports work straight away. Then the arithmetic checks itself. Quantity times unit price plus tax is compared against the total written on the slip. Where the slip's own maths doesn't agree, I don't quietly correct it. It goes into a review column with what the paper actually says, because that difference is usually the thing worth knowing about. Handwriting that is genuinely ambiguous gets flagged the same way instead of guessed. You said there's no hard deadline, but I'd still send the first batch early so you can correct the layout before it's repeated across the whole stack. Excel or Google Sheets, whichever suits you.
