Google Sheets/Google App Scripts - Improving Spreadsheets Performance

We are currently using Google Sheet as a positions dashboard; we basically have a theoretical working solution, but it’s simply performing too slow. So we are currently looking for an individual with the skills and knowledge of Google Sheet and Google App Scripts. The job will require the individual to rewrite our logic from using formulas into Google Apps Scripts, removing any volatile functions and formulas (such as ImportRange etc.) and avoiding any long calculation chains, in order to optimise the Spreadsheets performance.
