Premium Habit Tracker Development

Create a Premium Habit Tracker Template in Excel & Google Sheets I am building a digital productivity brand called Warm Wisdom, focused on habits, consistency, productivity, and personal growth. I currently have a habit tracker template, but I want to rebuild it from scratch into a much more polished, professional, branded, and original product. The final product will be sold as a paid digital product, so quality, usability, visual design, and reliability are extremely important. I am looking for someone experienced with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, especially someone who can build interactive dashboards, formulas, charts, conditional formatting, and polished spreadsheet interfaces. I have attached a visual mockup/reference showing the general direction I want. Please use it as inspiration for the layout and overall experience, but do not simply copy the design. What I Want I want the final spreadsheet to feel like a premium productivity product, rather than a normal Excel spreadsheet. The design should be: Clean Minimal Modern Premium Easy to understand Beginner-friendly Visually satisfying Fully functional Branded around Warm Wisdom The overall visual identity should use a warm, natural, elegant aesthetic with elements such as: Warm cream/beige backgrounds Dark green/forest green Subtle gold/brown accents Clean typography Minimal borders Subtle botanical/nature-inspired elements where appropriate The design should feel consistent with the Warm Wisdom brand. Core Functionality The tracker should allow the user to track multiple habits every day throughout the month. For example: Exercise Reading Meditation Drinking water Sleeping early Studying Journaling Coding Custom habits The user should be able to enter their own habits. Daily Tracking The user should be able to mark whether they completed each habit for each day. The tracker should automatically calculate: Daily completion Habit completion percentage Weekly completion Monthly completion Overall progress Remaining goals Best-performing habits Weakest habits The calculations should update automatically when the user changes their checkboxes/status. Dynamic Calendar The spreadsheet should have a Year and Month selector. For example: Year: 2026 Month: August When the user changes the month/year, the calendar and relevant calculations should update automatically. The system should correctly handle: 28-day months 29-day February 30-day months 31-day months Different starting weekdays I want the calendar to be as automated as reasonably possible. Dashboard The main dashboard is extremely important. I want a visually impressive overview where the user can immediately understand their progress. The dashboard should include things such as: Overall Progress Example: 67% with a visual progress indicator. Monthly Progress A line/area chart showing how consistency changes throughout the month. Weekly Progress Show Week 1, Week 2, Week 3, Week 4 and Week 5 where applicable. Each week should show: Completion Percentage Progress bar Daily performance Habit Performance Show each habit and its completion percentage. For example: Habit Completion Exercise 87% Reading 73% Meditation 63% Water 90% This should update automatically. Additional Insights Where practical, include: Best habit Weakest habit Best week Average completion Completed days Missed days Total completed habits Visual Progress I want the spreadsheet to feel rewarding to use. When users complete habits, they should be able to visually see their progress improving. For example: Daily → Weekly → Monthly → Overall Progress bars, charts, percentages, and other visual indicators should update automatically. The goal is to create a feeling of: "I'm actually making progress." Habit Tracking Interface The actual tracking section should be extremely easy to use. Something similar to: Habit | Goal | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | ... | 31 But you are encouraged to improve the layout rather than simply copying an existing template. The user should be able to quickly mark habits without getting confused by the spreadsheet. Important: Original Design This is an important requirement. The final template needs to be built from scratch and have its own visual identity. I do not want a downloaded template that has simply been modified. Please do not copy an existing commercial/free habit tracker template. The layout, formulas, dashboard arrangement, styling, and user experience should be independently created. I will provide a visual reference/mockup for the direction I want, but the final design should be sufficiently distinct and branded for my product. Excel + Google Sheets The final product needs to work in: 1. Microsoft Excel 2. Google Sheets Ideally, the same core functionality should work in both versions. If a particular Excel feature does not translate properly to Google Sheets, please design an appropriate alternative. Please clearly explain any differences between the two versions. Branding The product will be sold under: WARM WISDOM Brand positioning: Build consistency. One day at a time. The spreadsheet should incorporate the Warm Wisdom identity without becoming overly decorative. I want it to look like a real commercial digital product, not a generic spreadsheet. User Experience The spreadsheet should be designed for someone who isn't an Excel expert. The user should immediately understand: Where to enter their habits Where to select the month/year Where to mark completed habits Where to view their progress How to interpret the dashboard Please avoid unnecessary complexity. If instructions are needed, include a small "How to Use" / "Getting Started" section. Technical Requirements Please make sure: Formulas are reliable No broken references No unnecessary hard-coded calculations Charts update automatically Progress percentages update automatically Month/year changes work correctly Blank days don't negatively affect calculations The spreadsheet remains usable after users enter their own habits Formatting remains consistent No unnecessary macros unless absolutely required No external dependencies No broken links No hidden functionality that could cause issues for customers The final spreadsheet should be tested thoroughly before delivery.
