We are looking for a highly responsible and creative Social Media Executive who can handle end-to-end social media execution, including content publishing, basic designing, AI tool usage, engagement management, follower growth, and strengthening social media profiles through a consistent and well-planned content flow. This role is execution-focused and requires attention to detail, creativity, and consistency. Roles & Responsibilities: Publish content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc., as per the approved content calendar Ensure regular and consistent content flow to keep pages active and engaging Work towards increasing organic followers and improving overall page reach and engagement Strengthen social media profiles by: Maintaining content sequencing Optimizing bio, highlights, pinned posts, and profile layout Ensuring visual and messaging consistency Write, edit, or optimize captions with: Relevant hashtags Clear CTAs Platform-specific best practices Create basic to intermediate social media creatives using Canva or any other design tool Resize and adapt creatives for different platforms and formats Use AI tools for: Content ideation Caption variations Design exploration Creative inspiration and optimization Ensure all designs and content align with brand tone, guidelines, and objectives Manage basic engagement, including comments, replies, and DMs Escalate important queries or leads to the internal team when required Coordinate with content writers, designers, and marketing managers for approvals and timelines Maintain a content tracker / posting status sheet Share weekly updates covering: Content posted Engagement status Follower growth progress Pending or upcoming content Requirements: Experience handling social media pages for brands or businesses Strong working knowledge of Canva or any design tool Practical experience using AI tools for content and design exploration Understanding of organic follower growth strategies Basic understanding of social media algorithms and best practices Good written communication skills Ability to follow processes, timelines, and feedback Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or similar scheduling tools (preferred) Good to Have (Optional but Preferred): Basic understanding of social media analytics Exposure to reels or short-form video content Ability to suggest content ideas proactively Deliverables & Expectations: Timely execution of the social media content calendar Consistent posting and engagement management Clean, brand-aligned creatives and captions Visible improvement in profile strength and follower growth Clear weekly reporting and coordination Project Type: Freelance / Part-time Long-term opportunity based on performance and consistency To Apply, Please Share: Brief summary of your experience Social media pages handled (links preferred) Design samples or Canva work (if available) AI tools you are comfortable using Availability and commitment level
