Hi there. Hard to give specifics without knowing much more about the site etc. But sounds like you have a problem with your Google Business / Maps listing. Usually fairly easy to get sorted out. Processing the request only takes a few days, but the verification from Google can sometimes take a few weeks. I am a Google AdWords Search & Local Qualified Individual and Partner. Local business listings are a speciality.
