The objective is simple: boost page-load times. Along the way you’ll also be untangling a few plugin conflicts that occasionally trigger minor errors in the logs. Everything else on the site—from the theme to core WordPress—should stay untouched; I just want a lean, conflict-free plugin set that keeps the current front-end experience intact. I’ve already ruled out hosting issues, so the work will focus purely on: • Auditing every active and inactive plugin, documenting what it does and whether it overlaps with another • Creating a full backup and, preferably, spinning up a staging clone for testing • Deactivating, removing, or replacing troublemakers, then benchmarking the site (GTmetrix, PageSpeed Insights, Query Monitor, or similar) to confirm the improvement • Handing back a concise report that lists the final plugin stack, the conflicts resolved, and before/after speed metrics Please be comfortable working through wp-admin and (if needed) cPanel or SFTP to handle backups and restores.
